California Miniature Flag

Each California small miniature desk flag measures 4"x6" and is attached to a 10" black plastic stick with a gold spear topper. These California flags make perfect table decorations. Black flag stand is not included, but is sold separately.

The flag of California was first flown during the Bear Flag Revolt as a republic flag, and then adapted by the California state legislature in 1911 as the state flag. The flag of the U.S. state of California is often called the Bear Flag.

The modern state flag is white with a wide red strip along the bottom. There is a red star in the upper left corner and a grizzly bear facing left. The modern flag has a larger bear in the center and is standing on green grass. The bear depicted is a California grizzly, a subspecies that is now extinct. The five-point star is a nod to the Republic of Texas, and the bear represents strength.

A sewn pole hem attaches the flag to the 24" natural wood staff with a spear topper.

California Polyester Flag - 3 X 5

Each of these full size polyester flags measures 3 feet x 5 feet and has two grommets attached that are used to display the flag on a wall or on a pole.

You have the option to add a 6' aluminum pole kit with each flag for only $10. The pole kits include a mounting bracket, rotating flag rings and a gold eagle top.

Flag Stands

Miniature flag stands are available in your choice of plastic, oak or red cedar, These popular flag bases will hold from 1 to 192 flags and any of 4x6" flags that we sell will fit into the plastic flag stands. The polyester 4"x6" miniature flags will not fit in the wood flag stands with more than 10 holes or the walnut flag stands.
