West Virginia Miniature Flag

Each West Virginia small miniature desk flag measures 4"x6" and is attached to a 10" black plastic stick with a gold spear topper. These West Virginia flags make perfect table decorations. Black flag stand is not included, but is sold separately.

The flag of West Virginia consists of the State's coat of arms on a pure white field with a dark blue border. The coat of arms, primarily consisting of the State seal, is featured in the flag's center. The coat of arms symbolizes the State's principle pursuits and resources. The obverse side of the seal bears the legend State of West Virginia together with the State motto, Montani Semper Liberi (Mountaineers are Always Free). A farmer stands to the left and miner to the right of a large ivy draped rock bearing the date of the State's admission to the Union, June 20, 1863. In front of the rock lay two rifles upon which rests a red Phrygian cap, or cap of liberty. The lower half of the coat of arms is wreathed by the rhododendron, the State flower. The current flag was adopted by the West Virginia legislature on 7 March 1929.

West Virginia Polyester Flag - 3 X 5

Each of these full size polyester flags measures 3 feet x 5 feet and has two grommets attached that are used to display the flag on a wall or on a pole.

You have the option to add a 6' aluminum pole kit with each flag for only $10. The pole kits include a mounting bracket, rotating flag rings and a gold eagle top.

Miniature Flag Stands

Miniature flag stands are available in your choice of plastic, oak or red cedar, These popular flag bases will hold from 1 to 192 flags and any of 4x6" flags that we sell will fit into the plastic flag stands. The polyester 4"x6" miniature flags will not fit in the wood flag stands with more than 10 holes or the walnut flag stands.
